Do you create custom orders?

Yes it depends on the materials you request. A lot of items are not obtainable. It would be easier to use any materials you see in my finished designs in your own way.

How long would a custom order take?

It depends on what you are asking for. Most custom orders may take up to two weeks. Others may take longer depending on the materials.

How long does shipping take?
 

Anywhere from 5-7 business days for in stock items. If the weight requires priority shipping it's 3-4 days. Made to order items take a little bit longer.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do. Please contact us with a fll shipping address so we can calculate your shipping costs.​

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes but only selective styles. Some items cannot be duplicated. We are only accepting a few wholesale applications. You must have a storefront. If your store is a website we may consider it after a review. Please contact us for more details.

Do you have a return policy?

*Items ordered from within the Clearance Rack portion of our store are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

All requests for a refund must be made within 3 days of the receipt of your order. Any request beyond 3 days will be accepted at our discretion and processed in the form of an exchange or merchandise credit only. No requests after 5 days from the delivery date will be accepted. A package is considered delivered once the first attempt is made. For this reason, it is important that you provide accurate delivery information for a location where someone will be available to receive the package. All packages sent to Vauje Vixen for return, credit or exchange must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number referenced both inside and outside the package. Any package received by us without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Be aware that RMA numbers expire 1 week from the date of issue. Your return/exchange package must be postmarked before the RMA expires. If it is postmarked after the expiration date, the package will be marked return to sender and a new RMA request will have to be made based on the existing time frame.

 

*If any information provided to us on the RMA request form is found to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to alter the method in which your request is resolved.

 

Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

We are unable to refund or exchange clearance or closeout merchandise under any circumstances.

 

Returns or Exchanges with a merchandise total equal to or above $200.00 will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

 

All labels and/or descriptive tags must remain attached to the garment(s) in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Any garment that has had the labels and/or descriptive tags removed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

 

Custom orders/special request/Items not carried in stock cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. These items are ordered for your size or color taste. Make sure you know your size before ordering.

How can I care for my  jewelry?

Fashion jewelry can last anywhere from three months to many years, depending on how you treat and wear your jewelry, the acidity of your skin, and many other variables over which we have no control. Often too, people work where there are high levels of toxins and chemicals, which will break down the composition of the plating and the metal even more quickly

If you wear and treat your fashion jewelry as gently as your precious jewelry, chemistry not withstanding, it will last a fair amount of time. I cannot though, take responsibility for an item once it’s out of my hands, so if you have immediate problems with something, let me know so I can fix it.

My item broke can it be fixed?

If an item breaks I will fix it. All you have to do is ship the item back to me. I will fix it and ship it back to you. Shipping costs to me and back to you will be at your expense. All the shipping charges will be your responsibility. I can fix the item as long as you have all the pieces. If some of the pieces are missing I can still try to fix it to the best of my ability. Keep in mind I may not have the same materials I had when I made that design. Some materials may be out of stock or discontinued. But I will try to the best of my ablility to get the item back to it's orginal state.

 

Please keep in mind all jewelry is handmade by the owner. There may be cases when supplies are low, out of stock, or cannot be obtainable for long periods of time. I do however try to keep the materials in stock at all times. If a certain item is in demand it could delay your order. I will try my best not to let that happen by taking certain precautions
